Returns & Resizing Policy

1. 30-Day Unworn Returns
We want your acquisition to bring lifelong aesthetic satisfaction. You may return any catalog piece within 30 days of physical delivery for an exchange or full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for an atelier return, the piece must be completely unworn, free from micro-scratches or perfume residue, and sealed in its original unbleached presentation casing with all assay certificates intact.
2. 60-Day Complimentary Resizing Service
Finger and wrist geometries vary across climates and seasons. We provide one complimentary professional resize for any Noevre ring or chain length adjustment within 60 calendar days of delivery.
Our master jewelers will adjust the piece to your exact millimeter specification, re-apply the signature satin or mirror finish, and return the item via fully insured express freight at zero fee.
3. Bespoke Commission Exceptions
Custom bespoke pieces crafted with non-standard dimensions, custom-cut client gemstones, or individualized engraved monograms are final sale and non-returnable. Such items remain fully covered under our Lifetime Structural Integrity Warranty.
