Effective as of September 2026
1. Atelier Scope & Formation of Contract
These terms govern all acquisitions of fine jewelry items manufactured, curated, and dispatched by Noevre Atelier. An order confirmation issued electronically constitutes acknowledgment of receipt; formation of the binding acquisition agreement takes place upon parcel handover to our armored courier.
2. Precious Metal Purity & Handcrafted Variance
Each piece is hand-finished in our studio. Because precious metal casting and cold-forging involve mechanical manipulation of individual gold crystal lattices, minute dimensional variations (within ±0.1mm) and weight variations (within ±5%) may exist relative to catalog cataloging. All pieces bear official national assay hallmarks verifying karat fineness.
3. Valuation, Currency & Settlement
All listed prices are denominated in USD ($) and inclusive of international insured delivery and customs clearing assistance where applicable. Payment integration on this front-end interface is provided as an architectural preview; finalized settlement takes place through authorized, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
4. Title & Risk in Transit
Title and risk of loss in goods transfer to the client upon physical signature delivery at the nominated residential or business destination. All shipments are insured up to full replacement value by our underwriting syndicate until the receipt signature is executed.
